This story guide is intended for the BETRAYED HUSBAND/PARTNER

Thank you for feeling strong enough to share your story on the podcast. I have created this form in order to capture your story perfectly and give you a guide. I want to share what you have been through accurately, but I will need some facts to do so.

For each topic, please be as detailed as possible and write out in a story form (not, fine, yes, no...or other one word answers). If there are items that don't pertain to your story, then skip and move on to the next guide suggestion.

NOTE: Please choose 2 names to go by (in case one is already in use) and use others names for people in the story - All of this is anonymous for all parties protection. In the event both names choices have been used, I will add a last name to the story, just to be able to differentiate from a previous story with the same first name.

The affair(s)

● At what point into the marriage the affair(s) began

● Any behavior changes, or red flags

● Any history of your own infidelity within the relationship

● Children aware or notice their parents were dealing with something

Discovery

● How you found out

● Your reaction - what you did when you confronted her

● How did she react to the discovery

End Result

● Status of how you are coping

● Decisions for the marriage/relationship
